Update v0.9: Card upgrades, new hero

This update introduces lots of new content. Each of 270+ cards in the game can now be upgraded, adding new dimension to player's strategy. The balance of the game changed significantly, but overall winning became easier. Future updates are planned to add new, more powerful monsters.
New hero: 'Troubadour' specializes on 'amplify' and 'repeat' mechanics, with St/Wp as primary resources. Troubadour can be considered a challenge hero. His unique effect makes card play order extremely important, forcing player to carefully consider consequences even for normally simple cards.
Full changelog:

- Cards can now be upgraded, either from rewards window or by effects
- Upgrade price grows similar to card removal

- Cards in draw pile are sorted by decreasing initiative, cards with same initiative shuffled
- Without the effect, card initiative is considered to be 0
