v0.11: Encounter effects, tutorial

When picking next encounter, each option may now have additional effects, making the stage easier or harder, as well as increasing or reducing rewards for clearing it. This makes the choice of next encounter significantly more meaningful.
For the first-time players, a short tutorial was added.
Note that if you play with locked content, you will have to complete tutorial in order to re-unlock Warrior hero, even if you played him before.
Major gameplay changes
- Encounters now can have random effects, both positive and negative
- Negative effect chance grows with stage number, up to 100% for the final stage
- Encounter effects are displayed in stage hint window
- Tutorial added
Minor gameplay changes:
- New ascension: encounter effects are mostly negative
- Quest difficulty can now change during the run, e.g. from encounter effects
Minor UI changes:
- 'Next encounter' buttons now display encounter effects and have hint windows
- Stage hint now displays additional card rewards, e.g from Cauldron
- Some new sounds and UI decorations added

- New Black Box, old Black Box renamed to Brazier

- 'Tavern: Order fortune cookies'
- 'Home: Clean up your room'
- 'Arena: Run a few laps'
Balance:
- Buffed cards: Fog
- Buffed items: Colorful Leaf
- Nerfed monsters: Deep One
- Rebalanced some encounters
Selected bugfixes:
- Spider Queen now only summons Spider Web if currently lacking one
- Fix cards becoming unstashed on save/load
- Fix 'Art fair: Showcase your best work' quest difficulty direction
- Disable 'end turn' button between stages
