v0.21: New Revenant hero, new set of monsters

New 'Revenant' hero focuses on perma-scaling resources and 'near-death' effects. This hero is simpler to understand than Aesthete and Troubadour, but difficult to win with.
Added several new monsters, including new final encounter. Buffed some other final encounters.
Major gameplay changes:
- Quests now can have a penalty for failing
Minor gameplay changes:
- Added 8 encounter effects for tagged card rewards
- New encounter effects: 'Increase enemy max HP', 'critical'
- New ascension: 'Enemy HP +25%'
Minor UI changes:
- Global menu opened/closed state is now persistent
- Replaced quest completed/failed message with the icon in rewards window
- Resource value history is now available in rewards window
- In tutorial, replaced 'again' button text with 'play/pause' icon
- New music track by @VortexMusic
- Added more keywords / hints
New hero:
- Revenant, with exceptional permanent scaling but weak starting attributes
- New achievement to unlock
New cards (4):
- Dazzling Ink, Lichform, Assimilate, Honor the Fallen
New items (2):
- Horned Skull, Ribcage Armor
New monsters (6):
- Warpweed, Burrower Beetle, Alpha Beetle, Sanguine Orphan, Sanguine Pretender, Sanguine Monarch
New quests (1):
- 'Graveyard: Defeat a lich'
Balance and miscellaneous changes:
- Nerfed items: Piggy Bank
- Nerfed monsters: Deep One, Deeper One
- Added failure penalties for some quests
- Made Apple Tree and Bush immune to fear and confusion
- Made some stage 20 encounters harder
Selected bugfixes:
- Fixed completion condition for 'Scenic vista: Watch a rainbow' quest
- Fixed upgraded effect display of Second Wind, Polymorph and Patience cards
- Self-referencing monsters (e.g. Shark) do not display themselves in hint window any more
- Playing card with HP cost = current HP now kills the hero immediately
