v0.20: Critical hits, harsher fatigue

New 'critical' status multiplies the damage of next attack, significantly improving single-target damage output.
Stricter 'fatigue' application, combined with new 'more fatigue' ascension should reduce the incentives for extreme (50+ turns) grinding.
Several important bugfixes prevent some rare, but game-stopping errors.
Major gameplay changes:
- New 'critical' status, multiplying actual damage dealt by the next attack.
- Fatigue now affects start turn card drawing
- Fatigue reduction happens first, so you only draw less cards when fatigue was >= 20
Minor gameplay changes:
- New card tag: 'malus'
- Added 2 new achievements
- New ascension: 'Start turn: Fatigue +(turn count - 1)'
Minor UI changes:
- Added more card sounds
- Improved wording of some hints and tutorials
- Added and improved some effect sounds
- Added new music track by @duke-stanza
- Music progress is now displayed in settings window
New cards (8):
- Rune of Repair, Dusk or Dawn, Take Aim, Cloak and Dagger, Critical Chance, Honed Steel, Hit and Run, Fleeting Glint
New items (6):
- Twighlight Star, Acupuncture Chart, Sundial, Spear Trap, Fae-blessed Veil, Destiny Charm
New quests (7):
- 'Scenic vista: Watch sunrise and sunset'
- 'Graveyard: Dissect corpses'
- 'Warehouse: Recount inventory'
- 'Stadium: Train and recuperate'
- 'Cinderfall wasteland: Trial of fire'
- 'Frozen peak: Trial of ice'
- 'Casino: Use every chance'
Balance and miscellaneous changes:
- Buffed cards: Aimed Shot, Heavy Blow
- Buffed items: Bronze Mirror, First-Aid Kit, Gourd Flask, Bloody Coin, Bandit's Mask
- Rebalanced and re-formulated 'Idea' card
Selected bugfixes:
- Fixed broken rewards window scrolling after viewing help
- Fixed crash on setting high SFX volume
- Fixed playing unplayable cards which do not target enemies
- Fixed crash on viewing Pea Pod description
- Fixed quest difficulty modifiers affecting display of next quest options
- Fixed difficulty scaling and display of some quests
